Reyna Tiebs, owner of Dialed In Fitness & Coaching, is a Certified International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) Personal Trainer with a passion for empowering women through at-home fitness. As a mom and motocross athlete, she understands the importance of strength, stamina, and confidence — and brings personalized training directly to women, wherever they are.

For Girls (10+): Personalized Fitness & Nutrition Support


In addition to adult training, Reyna offers customized in-home sessions for girls aged 10 and up. These sessions are ideal for young athletes—especially those involved in activities like gymnastics, figure skating, or other sports—who want to build strength, improve flexibility, or work toward a specific performance goal.

Each program is carefully designed to reflect the girl's age, sport, goals, and current fitness level. Whether the focus is improving core strength for skating, increasing mobility for gymnastics, or building stamina for general athletic development, Reyna works one-on-one to support each girl's journey in a positive, encouraging, and age-appropriate way.

Sessions may also include guidance on foundational nutrition habits to support training and recovery.

The First Step:
Understanding Your Goals

Every new client begins with a Fitness Consultation, designed to understand:
 

  • Your personal fitness goals
     

  • Your current activity level and health considerations
     

  • How to best integrate training into your daily routine


This initial session helps ensure your program is realistic, effective, and built specifically for you.

Pricing & Session Options

Private Personal Training
 

  • $45 (Single Session)

  • $38 per session (2–5 sessions)

  • $36 per session (6–10 sessions)

Buddy
Training

(2 People)

 

  • $60 per session

Trio
Training

(3 People)

 

  • $75 per session

Sessions are 45–60 minutes in length.
Training takes place in your home (Cranbrook, BC area).
Availability: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–6:30pm

Booking & Cancellations

To book, please reach out with your availability. I’ll do my best to accommodate your schedule.
 

Cancellation Policy: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. All purchased sessions remain valid for one year from the date of purchase.
